Prices
All prices are correct at time of going to press and apply to internet purchases only, and do not include postage or packaging. We reserve the right to change them.

Bags
Dimensions of all bags are listed on the website, please ensure that you are aware of these before purchasing any item. All bags are subject to availability and an email will be sent to each customer confirming their purchase. If for reasons out of our control we are unable to supply your requested item/s, we will contact you when your order is placed.

Jewellery
All measurements of jewellery is listed on the website, unless it is of universal size. If you require a different size other than what is listed on the site please email us at info@lilly-pod.co.uk, as this would be made to order allow an extra 7 days for delivery or an extra 14 days at busy times.

Trade Descriptions Act
Every care is taken to ensure that all the descriptions on the site are correct. Photographs/images of all items are as accurate as possible, but due to some items being handmade they may vary slightly in size and colour.

1. Online
By credit or debit card online at www.lilly-pod.co.uk. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, and Visa Electron. All credit and debit card transactions are carried out by Protx Payments who are a dedicated 3rd party payment processing service; the credit card details entered by you are made directly into the Protx secure payment server. Lillypod does not receive information relating to your credit card details.

2. By telephone, fax or e-mail
Orders can be placed by telephone, Monday to Friday 10am to 5.00pm on 01792 535528 or for orders outside of these times, please leave a message with your contact details and we will return your call as soon as possible. Orders can also be accepted by email at info@lilly-pod.co.uk

3. By Cheque
UK bank account holders may pay by cheque made payable to 'Lillypod ltd’ your cheque together with details of your order should be sent to:

If paying by cheque, please note that we cannot dispatch goods until we have confirmation that cleared funds have reached our account. In this case, please allow 10 days to receive your order.

UK Delivery
Standard Delivery is charged at £4.00 for all UK orders. If items are in stock, we aim to dispatch goods within 3 working days. Please allow 5 working days for delivery, but during busy periods please allow 7 working days. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date. Goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery, so please provide an address where someone can sign for the goods. In the interest of fraud prevention, goods will only be delivered to the registered cardholders address.

International Delivery
For international delivery charges please email us at info@lilly-pod.co.uk or alternatively call us on 01792535528 with the details of the item you would like to order and the delivery address.

Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item/s please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the goods. Please return the item/s (undamaged) with the original packaging from any post office to:

within 14 days of receipt, with proof of purchase.

Returns are processed as soon as they are received, when sending a return, you must ask for a proof of posting certificate, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. Distance Selling Regulations
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund minus original postage costs and you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost. Please note all items must be fit for resale. You must contact us either by telephone 01792 535528 or by e-mail at info@lilly-pod.co.uk to advise us that you intend to return the item/s.
